DICSA SCH 10 & SCH 40 | SS316 PIPES
DICSA launches its new Pipes SCH 10 and SCH 40 in AISI 316 stainless steel, whose measures are expressed in inches. Pipes Schedule have a composition of Steel Seamless Tube and heat treatment of annealing, always produced according to ASTM-A 312 regulation. Are delivered in lengths of 3 or 6 meters.
ASTM-312 Pipes are suitable for use in industrial settings, extreme temperatures and corrosive environments. They are also used in process equipment: heat exchangers, reactors and heaters; and acid fluid systems of petroleum and petrochemicals industry, food processing, pharmaceutical, railway, industrial, aerospace, defense and automotive.

Apart from Pipes Schedule (SCH), DICSA has Metric pipes E235 with Steel Seamless Tube, and diameters from ‘6×4 to 42×6 millimeters’, that are suitable for pressures up to 139 bar from 365 bar. Manufactured according EN 10305-4 standard. This company also has Metric pipe E235 – Chrome III, (Steel Seamless Tube with chrome II surface treatment), with diameters from from 6×4 to 42×6 millimeters, that are suitable for pressures up to 139 bar from 365 bar. Manufactured according EN 10305-4 standard.
Stainless steel metric rigid pipes AISI 316-L (Steel Seamless Tube with Heat treatment and Annealing) are available measures with diameters from ‘6×4 to 42×6millimeters’, that are suitable for pressures up to 210 bar from 490 bar. Manufactured according EN 10305-4, A 213 and ASTM- A 269 standards.
DICSA TRΔLE® LOK SERIES- Twin Ferrule
DICSA has also incorporated our new range of twin ferrule fittings TrAle® Lok, ensuring a perfect sealing, leak- free, even the most aggressive environments.
These new fittings are available for metric pipe and stainless steel Schedule pipe, with diameters from 6 to 25 millimeters and 1/8” until 1”. TrAle® Lok fittings are characterized by its high resistance, and therefore are ideal for the petrochemical industry, chemical industry, naval industry, offshore, forest industry.
